Home is Where the Heart is

So I apologize in advance for a super lot of photos, but I condensed it down pretty good for being a three week trip with multiple stops! It was by far the hardest trip I have done without Jayme, thank heavens for my Mom! On a positive not Leta didn't throw up once the entire trip, that is a feat for her :) For starters my Mom was going to go up and pack her apartment up and tie up the loose ends to move in with us for a bit. Then Jayme said he wishes he could see us and I joked saying its only another 8 hrs on past her place. So after some persuasion on mom's and Jayme's part, I cleaned the car and house, did laundry, packed and hit the road in a little over 24 hrs to head to Williston, ND.!
We where packed to the brim!

We stopped at Aunt Moos for a couple days and then it was on to Wyo.
Which is where we found the worst of the weather, white knuckled enough said!

After allot of packing and cleaning it was onto ND which took us 12 instead of 8 hrs, I and Leta where a bit on the crabby side when we arrived ;)
These pictures where taken at our home away from home (the trailer) the trucks would loop around right in front of us in the trailer and Leta was the little Mascot standing at the window and waving and grinning at all the truckers. Due to no running water at the waste site he lives at we had the privilege of using an outhouse, it took a bit of getting used to especially since it was literally right next to the hose hookups for truckers to dispose of their water! And a hard hat was to be worn at all times we where out of the trailer..
My mom gave me the nick name hard hat hottie after winning the attention of the truckers (there isn't much in the way of women around there)

The wonderful view headed into town!
Doing crafts and watching movies with our ND cousins...

Part of the Main yard we are most likely going to live at soon!

Our last morning with Daddy :'(

It was a long three weeks with a stop at Aunt Moo's for the first few days then to Grandma's to pack and clean and visit a bit with Aunt Tam. Then on to Dad's place, we spent about a week or so there and spent some time learning to get around town checking out the park and library and enjoying Thanksgiving dinner with family and Truckers alike, Crafts and games with the cousins and then back on the road to Grandmas to load up her stuff (we left the car with Jayme and took the truck home) and made our way home again. We even made a little pit stops to visit my uncles. Whew what a trip and memories that where made :)
